Metal Hails!
This is Stephanie, writing from the island of Malta; in Europe. I am 19 years old, and I have been in the metal scene since I was 16. I started listening to power metal and heavy metal. As time went by I started exploring different metal genres such as Black, Hardcore, Trash, some Death metal and even Gothic.
My favourite bands include:
Dimmu Borgir, Children of Bodom, Behemoth, Caliban, Epica, Diary of Dreams, Emperor, Hanzel und Gretyl, HIM, Killswitch Engage, Rammstein, Sepultura, Rob Zombie, SYL, Bullet For My Valentine, Bolt Thrower, Endless Torment.
Recoil, Martyrium, Slit, Loathe, Knockturn Alley which are local.
The persons who know me the most describe me as cheerful, but can be shy. I'm usually smiling, but like everyone I have my bad days as well. I consider myself a nice person once you get to know me.
I am still in college, and I am studying software programming and web design. The main programming languages I am tackling are: C# and VB.NET, ASP.NET and Java. I also did HTML, Java Script and CSS last year. I would like to take courses which have to do with Flash, Fireworks and PhotoShop as to increase my knowledge and perhaps have my own personal website one day. Currently, I am programming a Chat Program which is very much like MSN and AIM.

In the near future I would very much like to go to Metal Concerts in Europe since in Malta we rarely have any foreign bands playing. I would love to meet bands such as: Cradle of Filth, Children of Bodom, Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir and HIM. Another interest of mine is photography. I love being in the picture, as well as taking pictures of anything which is interesting. Also, I love making new friends and getting to learn about other cultures.
