A new Danish band has started to spread the metal-plague around the world, hailing from Århus Demolition Inc delivers modern thrash in a violent way, they in some ways can call their own. And I'm pretty sure that if they keep it up, and follows the style that they deliver on this demo, they’ll get a wider audience in a matter of not that long a time-frame.

The band thrashes away with a good and catchy base, some melodic riffs here and there and a thrashy scream, which with closed eyes and ears can be traced to Sweden, as well as some of the inspirations can. The band is good at alternating their paces, we have the normal mid-tempo moshing, with stable drumming and heavy guitar, to blast-beats and fast riffing, nice to hear that. There are some good riffs and good leads, no doubt about that, some of the melodies sound familiar, though it is getting hard to deliver something that doesn't sound like something else. The drumming is as mentioned good and varied, pace-wise. The bass is good as well, keeping the rhythm in a tight grip together with the drums. And the bass is audible most of the time. The sound on this demo is actually pretty good, it has been recorded in the Borsing Studio and has been produced by Jan Borsing. The sound is heavy and well-balanced, pretty clear with the right raw edge, and the mix is well done!

With a little work on the song writing side, the boys in Demolition Inc will soon make a whole lot of more noise, there is no doubt about that. They have the energy, the right influences, the abilities on the instruments and the ass-kicking force in their music, so I am pretty sure we soon will hear a lot more to this gang from Ã…rhus. Modern thrash with thundering paces, good melodies and some good moshing going on once in a while!
