I'm Patricia, and together with Joël, named Johell here on this website, we do live in Geneva, Switzerland, and are often going to Scandinavia for holidays (concerts+friends+nature).
We met 5 other members of this website's forums in real life: Anders in Denmark and Weird+Crast (+previous owner of the board, not here anymore) in Norway, and had great time (drinking ) with them. We also met Panter at Crast's and her place, together with their 2 nice cats. As well as EvilEd (Eddie from V:28 and Ancestral Legacy, at his show in Mølla 2004 with V:28)
We go as often as possible to concerts, can be in Switzerland, Germany, France, when it's only for 1 evening, or Scandinavia during holidays. For Festivals like Inferno at Eastern in Oslo, Hole in the Sky end of August in Bergen and Mølla Festival in Gjerstad, also in August. We did all them in 2005 (even also in 2004 for Mølla), and we are attending again in 2006. We also "toured" Scandinavia in August 2005 with Amok (CH) friends in a Tech-Death-Metal, and went to numerous concerts around here.
I'm 35 y.o, I'm a computer helpdesk in a big company (my 1700 colleagues on 1200 computers are my "clients"). However I quit my job next June, and will open my own business, if you guys need a website design and/or hosting, please contact me with the form below.
(Still) no kids, we have 2 cats (Cléo and Freyja, soon you'll see pics). I do not practice too much sport, a bit of ski (downhill) during winter in the Alps, and I want to begin to bicycle now. I don't play music, but listen a lot to!! Metal mostly, but ok *sometimes* with classical and "relaxing" music (sounds of the nature+flutes ;)), and old 70ies à la hippies. My bro plays drums in jazzy and drum'n'bass combos, but that's not that much what I enjoy!
My fav bands are: Arcturus, Enslaved, Borknagar, Emperor, Dimmu Borgir, Opeth, Vintersorg, Thyrfing, Burst, Tenhi, Shape of Despair, Swallow the Sun, Finntroll, Anathema and a lot more!!
The same question 15 years ago would have been answered (I still like them) = Anthrax, Megadeth, Pearl Jam, Coroner, Celtic Frost, Iron Maiden, Trust, Apocalypse ;) etc.
